We are one of the nation's fastest growing institutions of higher learning with over 13,000 students covering 9 campuses and Online learning sites, offering a myriad of undergraduate and graduate healthcare programs for our students.</p> <p>In order to fully meet our Mission to our students, we require a diverse combination of perspectives, backgrounds, life experiences, and ideas from our faculty and staff and will provide them with an equitable and inclusive work environment -where respect and open interchange of ideas are at the heart of that culture.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supports the Hybrid/Online Director with the creation, execution, and monitoring of implementation of the SCSOP Hybrid/Online Pathway Program </li><li>Support online/hybrid learning students who experience online interruptions with course content or content delivery </li><li>Develop, edit, and propose appropriate online policies </li><li>Ensure sustainability of operations and appropriate funding/budget request for program </li><li>Work with institutional representatives to provide appropriate ongoing training and professional development as needed </li><li>Troubleshoot online delivery of courses in real time </li><li>Work with faculty from other departments, other online/hybrid learning coordinators and with institutional information technology specialists to ensure student success with the online Pharmacy curriculum </li><li>Serve as the Composite Examination Coordinator and handle administrative components of composite examinations to all students </li><li>Assist and support with on-campus immersions for hybrid/online pathway students including labs (skills labs, sterile compounding labs, and non-sterile compounding labs) for all students </li><li>Work with the Director of Assessment to compile and monitor outcomes, as requested </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Minimum qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Pharmacy technician experience (lead technician experience preferred) </li><li>Information technology experience (preferred institutional healthcare experience) </li><li>Experience with technology platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Suite-Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive) </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Requires the ability to display positive interpersonal skills </li><li>Requires the ability to communicate both orally and in writing </li><li>Requires the ability to display effective conferencing and group dynamic skills </li><li>Requires the ability to display knowledge of instructional strategies, online instructional design theories, learning style theories, and educational leadership strategies </li><li>Requires the ability to display possession of organization and coordination skills </li><li>Requires the ability to work as a team member and leader </li><li>Requires the ability to employ innovative problem-solving techniques to accomplish objectives </li><li>Requires the ability to display possession of skills with all applicable and recommended computer application </li></ul>
