We are a leading medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology group specializing in skin, hair, and nail conditions, Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of skin cancer, surgical and non-surgical cosmetic skincare, anti-aging, body contouring, and plastic surgery.</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Histology Supervisor to lead our histology laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily workflow, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and help manage a team of histotechnologists and lab assistants.</p> <ul> <li>Shift hours are 6:00am-2:30pm* </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>? Supervise and coordinate histology lab operations, including specimen processing, embedding, cutting, and staining</p> <p>? Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, OSHA)</p> <p>? Implement quality control and improvement measures</p> <p>? Maintain laboratory equipment and manage supply inventory</p> <p>? Collaborate with pathologists and other departments to ensure timely and accurate results</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>? Associates degree or higher in Science</p> <p>? Histotechnologist (HTL) or Histotechnician (HT)</p> <p>? Strong knowledge of histological techniques and safety regulations</p> <p>? Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills</p> <p>?
