Buffett, acquired Precision Castparts Corp.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position will manage multi-state payroll functions for the Wyman Gordon Division. Audit and review complete payroll application, 401K administration, and benefit audits.</p> <p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Audit process of new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations are accurate and timely. </li><li>Direct supervisor for the Division payroll staff. </li><li>Critically review and analyze payroll benefit tax procedures in order to recommend and/or implement changes leading to best practices. </li><li>Supervise and coordinate fiscal and calendar year-end processing of payroll, W-2 and other tax forms, and other government required documentation. </li><li>Audit payroll year to date, fringe, etc. on all company codes for the Wyman Gordon Division. </li><li>Complete month-end reconciliations for payroll liability accounts. </li><li>Communicate actively with locations regarding deadlines, changes, etc. on payroll applications. </li><li>Train team members and create training documentation on systems, procedures, and policies as necessary. </li><li>Perform Sarbanes Oxley audits as required for the payroll department. </li><li>Work with internal and external auditors. </li><li>Control the ADP master file and any changes to custom calculations, feeds, etc. with all company codes. </li><li>Prepare management reports as needed. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance and/or equivalent experience and training. </li><li>Seven (7) years payroll processing experience in a high-volume environment with a minimum of 2,000 employees on payroll </li><li>Basic knowledge and ability to </li></ul>
