<p>CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Client Specialist - Qualcomm Technology role for our client in Raleigh, NC. Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid Remote) Duration: 24+ months, with possibility for extension Duties: • Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of Qualcomm products and solutions to end-user customers, channel partners, and internal/external stakeholders • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the PC industry, including applications, deployment, security, and connectivity best practices to support solution selling • Act as a trusted advisor for North America Qualcomm technology and solutions, partnering with Technical and Field Sales teams • Support sales teams in customer pursuits and opportunity identification for Qualcomm products and recommended solutions • Collaborate with Services teams to identify innovative solutions that promote the adoption of Qualcomm technology and position the organization as a market leader • Support Qualcomm Field Sales and Field Application Engineers in customer engagements and RFP responses • Deliver training sessions on Qualcomm solutions and provide technical guidance to Inside Sales and Technical Client Advisors • Lead technical workshops focused on industry vertical solutions and conduct customer application rationalization assessments Skills: • Strong technical expertise in PC industry applications, deployment, security, and connectivity • Excellent presentation and product demonstration capabilities • Effective collaboration and communication skills with both sales and technical teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset • Familiarity with Qualcomm technology is highly desirable Experience: • Proven experience in a technical sales, technical client specialist, or related customer-facing technical role • Background in delivering technical training and workshops • Experience in identifying and delivering customized solutions for enterprise customers Education: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
