You will enjoy excellent benefits, including a matching 401K, exciting work and a great team environment!</p> <p>This role is also responsible for collections, including preparing customer statements, monitoring customer aging's, ensuring timely follow-up with customers and documentation of all collection efforts</p> <ul> <li>This position is a hybrid role requiring coming to our Savannah office 2 days a week* </li></ul> <p>Job Description</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p> <ul> <li>Perform accurate and timely recording of revenue and accounts receivable transactions </li><li>Collect & Compile supporting documentation, necessary for the billing process </li><li>Perform monthly close processes and monthly customer reporting. </li><li>Prepare analysis & reports in support of customer balance(s) for collection efforts </li><li>Monitor aging's for customer portfolios and ensure timely follow-up and documentation of collections with customers </li><li>Support system setups for compliance with customer contracts </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL NEED</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, (CPA and or MBA/ MA is preferred) </li><li>3-7 years of relevant accounting experience </li><li>Knowledgeable in U.S. GAAP / IFRS </li><li>Aptitude to work in an Agile Environment where opportunities for change are continuously identified and acted upon </li></ul> <p>ABOUT YOU</p> <ul> <li>Detail-oriented and accuracy driven </li><li>Self-starter, problem solver </li><li>Critical Thinker and Active Lisener </li></ul> <p>ABOUT US</p> <p>Wallenius Wilhelmsen is an iconic shipping and logistics company with premium end-to-end supply chain management.
