If you've got restaurant experience, a head for business, and a passion for people, this could be the perfect next step.</p> <p>As GM, you'll run the show.....leading the team, managing operations, and driving results. You'll keep the store running smoothly, customers happy, and the pizza hot and fresh.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a high-performing team that delivers top-notch service and great food </li><li>Handle customer issues with a cool head and a focus on solutions </li><li>Hire, train, and coach team members so they succeed (and want to stick around) </li><li>Keep the store running like a well-oiled machine-from food costs to labor schedules </li><li>Drive sales with great service, local marketing, and community involvement </li><li>Make sure the restaurant is safe, clean, and fully stocked at all times </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred </li><li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>ServSafe or local food safety certification (preferred, not required) </li><li>Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle </li><li>Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?
