<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Manager of Client Services and Community Outreach at Entrusted Hearts Home Care leads efforts to ensure exceptional client care while driving growth through community engagement. This role oversees daily office operations, develops and maintains key referral relationships, executes marketing initiatives, and fosters client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love engaging with people, and want to make a meaningful impact every day, this is the role for you.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage efficiently while ensuring high-quality care and exceptional customer service.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee daily operations of the office in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and core values.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) strategic marketing plan to achieve growth goals and objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Position Entrusted Hearts Home Care (EH) as a leader in HCBS within its service area; expanding service opportunities as a result of increasing brand awareness, extending outreach, and generating referrals.</p> </li><li> <p>Focus on client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with the local community by participating in events and collaborating with organizations and professionals that serve our target audience through community marketing efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop trusted relationships with church and not-for-profit senior living community leaders.</p> </li><li> <p>Cultivate partnerships/relationships with key referral sources with a minimum of 20 in-person visits per month.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a detailed marketing and activity log.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and follow an inquiry process that ensures timeliness of response, confidence in the organization and a high conversion rate of inquiries.</p> </li><li> <p>Review inquiries to determine next steps and action items.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct case conferences to ensure client needs are being met.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in quarterly reviews with the EH Director to evaluate progress toward performance metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other tasks as assigned by the EH Director.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be self-motivated and able to work independently </li><li>Must possess strong interpersonal skills, the capability of relating to various people and personalities, and must maintain a professional appearance. </li><li>Must demonstrate the ability to hire, direct, and manage personnel. </li><li>Must possess strong organizational and time-management skills. </li><li>Must have a valid Driver's License. </li><li>Must pass a background screening. </li></ul> <p>Working Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to meet the position requirements. </li><li>Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, lift, or move up to 25 pounds at a time, turn, and walk.
