<p>Join our team as an Inventory Counter and use your knowledge to ensure you properly receive incoming material; maintain accurate accountability of receiving, additions and deletions for materials from the record. This includes counting, tracking, and managing stock levels, as well as investigating and resolving discrepancies between physical counts and system records. Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment. Assist to build a best-in-class service culture by driving positive Customer satisfaction. We offer a full benefits package that full-time employees are eligible for on day 1.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct accurate physical counts of inventory to ensure stock levels match system records </li><li>Track and manage inventory using inventory management software and tools </li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and recorded data </li><li>Receive, inspect, and store incoming products in accordance with company procedures </li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records and documentation </li><li>Prepare and generate inventory reports for management and audit purposes </li><li>Assist in developing and implementing effective inventory control strategies </li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy and availability </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years in Inventory Control role </li><li>1+ years using a RF Scanner </li><li>Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance) </li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience operating a forklift </li><li>The ability to work at a fast pace and meet rates </li></ul> <p>WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter Benefit, Pet Insurance and 401k participation from Day 1 </li><li>2 weeks' accrued vacation time in years 1 and 2, and 3 weeks starting in year 3 </li><li>12 paid holidays each year </li><li>Four weeks parental leave without using vacation time </li><li>Employee discounts on company products and other retail/service providers </li></ul> <p>#LI-KJ1</p>
