Your main goal will be to ensure that all equipment is running efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other technicians and departments to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and to the highest standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Performing routine maintenance on heavy equipment, diesel engines, autos </li><li>Diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions </li><li>Conducting preventive maintenance on all equipment to minimize downtime </li><li>Writing routine reports and correspondence to document maintenance and repair work </li><li>Collaborating with other technicians and departments to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and to the highest standards </li><li>Observe the safety precautions as required by the Company. </li><li>Use and/or wear all safety equipment as required. </li><li>Report any unsafe acts or equipment discovered while performing duties. </li><li>Clean and maintain work area. </li><li>Perform other related duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Extensive diesel and technical experience </li><li>Experience with Diesel motors, valve and cylinder rebuilding </li><li>Welding knowledge </li><li>Skills in using heavy and power tools </li><li>Entry-level employment as a Mechanic/Technician. </li><li>Ability to lift and manipulate 50 pounds. </li><li>Ability to use tools as required to perform minor repairs. </li><li>Ability to work in a group or team to repair and maintain equipment. </li><li>Ability to work unsupervised in certain conditions to perform tasks. </li><li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment subject to heat, cold, noise, dust, and odors. </li><li>Ability to work shifts as required by the Company. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills. </li><li>Good communication skills. </li><li>Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment. </li></ul> <p>Core Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and bonus structure </li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid time off and holidays </li><li>Professional development opportunities </li><li>Collaborative and innovative work environment </li></ul> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement</p> <p>Time Manufacturing Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
