<ul> <li>We're looking for an experienced, hands-on EHS Manager to lead all aspects of safety, health, and environmental compliance across our manufacturing facilities. This is a critical role that ensures the well-being of our people, protects the environment, and keeps us aligned with all regulatory requirements. This entails 6 buildings and accompanying grounds. </li></ul> <p>Job Details:</p> <ul> <li>Lead company-wide EHS programs and compliance initiatives </li><li>Conduct incident investigations and ensure proper documentation and follow-up </li><li>Coordinate OSHA, EPA, MASS DEP, and other regulatory reporting and inspections </li><li>Perform safety training, risk assessments, and emergency response planning </li><li>Manage hazardous/non-hazardous waste and chemical safety compliance </li><li>Maintain strong presence across the shop floor and facilities </li><li>Track and report key EHS metrics and drive continuous improvement </li><li>Manage Workers' Compensation and return-to-work processes </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <p>T</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (preferred) </li><li>CSP/CIH certification is a plus </li><li>1--4 years' experience in a manufacturing EHS role </li><li>Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local safety regulations </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work off-hours as needed </li></ul>
