As part of the management team, you can help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.</p> <p>The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will balance time between delivering a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful.</p> <p>Our managers typically average $65,000-$90,000, including tips and bonuses.
