<p>Hillcrest Health and Living is looking for an On-Call RN to join our Lincoln, NE Hospice team! Hillcrest Hospice Care is a team who works together, loves what they do, and are committed to serving those in need by providing holistic, compassionate and skilled end of life care.</p> <p>The Hospice RN provides direct patient care services with the ability to manage patient care with specific knowledge and experience in bedside care, symptom management, crisis intervention and family intervention. Informs the physician and other IDT members of changes in the patient's conditions and communicates recommended interventions. </li><li>Participates in service line meetings/team conferences to ensure the coordination of all patient/family services and prioritization of their needs are being met as required. </li></ul> <p>What should I have to be considered?</p> <ul> <li>Prior hospice or home health care experience preferred. </li><li>RN licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state required. </li><li>Three years' experience as a nurse required. </li><li>Valid state driver's license, current automobile insurance and reliable. </li><li>Average to above average computer skills. </li><li>Must be compassionate and able to work independently. </li></ul> <p>Please apply online at hillcrestcareers.com or call the Hillcrest recruiting office at 402-682-6572 for more information!</p> <p>#INDHealthcare</p>
