This benefited position will serve as a primary point of contact for all station donors, viewers, and listeners.</p> <p>The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing excellent customer service to audience members inquiring about programming and donors with questions about their membership, processing donations, providing technical support for PBS Utah Passport streaming service, station apps, and other methods of program distribution, utilizing databases to access and update member accounts, entering donations and pulling reports. Assist in promptly responding to phone calls, emails and incoming and outgoing postal mailings to members.
