The ideal candidate will have demonstrated abilities with a variety of small personal diagnostic equipment, practices, and procedures. Expertise in managing multiple projects on a global basis and a working knowledge FDA, 13485, process validation, design history files, and of UL and international regulatory specifications and requirements.??Medical device electronics and software experience a plus.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work closely with a cross-functional global team. Communicate to team effectively on program planning and progress.</p> </li><li> <p>Take a lead role in planning and managing execution of new product development, conversion project, product transfer, and product cost take out.</p> </li><li> <p>Use New Product Development process to effectively drive program progresses</p> </li><li> <p>Must be an active problem solver as issues arise during the execution of the programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead programs and keep multiple schedules and budgets up to date; report status of projects on a weekly basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for program initial scoping, technical feasibility assessment, program budget.</p> </li><li> <p>Will ensure product documentation and specifications are available to support timely procurement.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical solution and guidance to team and conduct design reviews.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain an accessible Product History File.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills needed to be successful in this role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrated abilities with small appliance design, manufacturing and other practices including plastic design, molding, and electrical/medical appliances.</p> </li><li> <p>Possess pro-active attitude and provide leadership, project management and teamwork facilitation to interact with a cross-functional global team.
