Designed to discover the next generation of Arrow's talent, to guide innovation forward. This accelerated development program helps bridge the gap for recent college graduates joining the professional world via curriculum including soft skills training, One Arrow content, and a cross-functional case competition.</p> <p>The start date for this position will be June 30, 2025.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <p>This unique program blends on-the-job training with structured professional development, allowing you to learn essential skills needed to thrive within an organization while participating in a targeted development program that will advance your professional soft skills and business acumen. Your primary responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to understand data and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and provide technical pre-sales support to internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Offers data and AI solution recommendations and presents alternative data and AI solutions that may present a better solution to the customer. </li><li>Focus on data and artificial intelligence (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Microsoft) and ecosystem alliances. </li><li>Develop and deliver engaging presentations, workshops and training sessions to educate both technical and non-technical audiences about data and AI concepts, applications and benefits. </li><li>Keeps up to date with new products that are introduced and maintains product certifications. </li><li>Educates sales teams on data and artificial intelligence products and solutions. </li></ul> <p>What You Should Expect:</p> <p>Professional soft skills training: vendor-led presentations on Time Management, Resilience, Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Presentation Skills, and more</p> <p>One Arrow content: Arrow's history, business units and functions, and corporate strategy</p> <p>Arrow resources: Arrow's systems, tools, and career development offerings</p> <p>Case Competition: participants solve for an Arrow real-world challenge, via cross-functional teams</p> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Recent bachelors degree graduates (preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, etc.) with 0-2 years of post-collegiate professional experience </li><li>Experience or knowledge of CRM software is preferred (Salesforce preferred) </li><li>Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint </li><li>Results driven and self-starting individual </li><li>Business-fluent English (oral & written) </li><li>Able to build influential relationships, passionate about helping others, curious about technology, and savvy with systems (MS Office Suite) </li></ul> <p>#LI-EK1</p> <p>Work Arrangement</p> <p>Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.</p> <p>What's In It For You:</p> <p>At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
