Comfortable use of order processing and CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and a desire to learn. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.</p> <p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and sales team, ensuring they receive fast, friendly, and accurate assistance. Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email. Process orders, returns, and assisting product information requests. Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics departments to expedite orders. Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system. Proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:</p> <p>Office environment. Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
