The Retail Teller is an essential, service-oriented part of the retail team and is responsible for efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions. Provides excellent customer experiences while building and developing relationships.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate an excellent customer experience, engaging customers by name, in a friendly and professional manner. </li><li>Build and foster customer relationships by proactively identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions. </li><li>Knowledge of and ability to provide products and services available through the retail banking branch. </li><li>Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling. </li><li>Comply with all policies and procedures to minimize the risk of fraud. </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Participate in various retail and bank projects as necessary. </li><li>H.S.
