This position will be classified as a Recreation Services Specialist I.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate, plan, schedule, and supervise Intramural Sports activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in managing and delivering Youth Programs (camps, clinics, events).</p> </li><li> <p>Support logistics for Youth Programs such as registration, scheduling, and communication with participants and families.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in evaluating programs and providing feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with marketing for program promotion.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve on departmental/division committees.</p> </li><li> <p>Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student employees.</p> </li><li> <p>Support First Aid/CPR training and safety readiness.</p> </li><li> <p>Promote student development via Student Learning Framework.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with expense tracking and revenue monitoring.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide input on equipment/supply needs and purchasing.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current on risk management best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement safety protocols and staff training.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with Risk Management and EHS for compliance.</p> </li></ul> <p>Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
