The client offers salary and benefits, good work/life balance, opportunity for growth and a great team environment.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>The Accounts Payable Manager will lead the global Accounts Payable function with emphasis on scalability, operational excellence, and compliance </li><li>Develop and execute strategies that align AP operations with broader organizational and financial goals </li><li>Build and mentor a high-performing team, promoting professional development and collaborative culture </li><li>Ensure consistent AP policies, procedures, and controls across global locations </li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure AP performance and drive data-driven decisions </li><li>As a Accounts Payable Manager, you will support internal and external audits by providing accurate, timely documentation </li><li>Strong strategic leadership with a forward-looking mindset </li><li>Ability to navigate and lead through dynamic, evolving environments* 10+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions </li><li>5+ years of leadership experience with a track record of developing strong teams </li><li>Proven experience improving financial systems and leveraging technology to enhance productivity </li><li>Expertise with ERP systems; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or AX is a plus </li><li>Solid understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and tax-related requirements </li><li>High analytical capability and comfort working with data </li><li>Excellent communication skills across cultures, departments, and stakeholder groups </li></ul>
