<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in shaping the financial strategies of a high-growth, private equity-backed organization. This position will provide critical financial insights and strategic recommendations that drive business performance and decision-making. The Senior FP&A Analyst will focus on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and developing tools to track key financial and operational metrics.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial plans. </li><li>Develop advanced financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis. </li><li>Analyze variances between actuals and budgets, identifying trends and key insights. </li></ul> <p>Strategic Financial Analysis:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate revenue, cost drivers, and profitability. </li><li>Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost control. </li><li>Support leadership with actionable insights for strategic decision-making. </li></ul> <p>Operational Metrics and KPI Development:</p> <ul> <li>Design and implement dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). </li><li>Provide real-time analysis of financial and operational performance. </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement:</p> <ul> <li>Identify and initiate enhancements in the FP&A process, focusing on reducing the time it takes to generate standard reporting. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration and Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Operations, and Sales, to ensure alignment of financial goals. </li><li>Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. </li><li>3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles. </li><li>Proficiency in financial modelling, advanced Excel, and data analysis. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>MBA, CPA, or other professional designation. </li><li>Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries. </li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. </li></ul>
