<p>Project Executive - Electrical Construction</p> <p>Location: Richmond, VA or Canonsburg, PA</p> <p>Pay: $150K - $200K + bonus</p> <p>Type: Direct hire</p> <ul> <li>Relocation package available </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Project Executive provides executive leadership and oversight for large-scale electrical construction projects across multiple locations and market sectors. This position can sit in the Richmond, VA or Canonsburg, PA office.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout </li><li>Manage a portfolio exceeding $50M annually within a multi-trade MEP environment </li><li>Serve as the executive point of contact for clients and key stakeholders </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, NEC, and contractual requirements </li><li>Oversee project budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and risk management </li><li>Lead and develop project management and field leadership teams </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, estimating, planning, fabrication, procurement, safety, and finance </li><li>Support bid development, delivery strategy selection, and subcontractor/vendor evaluation </li><li>Drive schedule performance, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent experience </li><li>10+ years of leadership experience in electrical construction </li><li>Experience managing project portfolios exceeding $100M </li><li>Background in data center, healthcare, mission critical, sports & entertainment, or light industrial markets </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills </li><li>Proficiency with construction management and project controls software </li><li>Willingness to travel approximately 4 nights per month </li></ul> <p>No visa sponsorship, visa transfer, or student visas available for this position</p> <p>#LI-AD1</p>
