<p>SUMMARY: ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for a Transportation Dispatcher /Driver.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Highschool Diploma/GED preferred </li><li>Must possess or have ability to obtain a valid South Carolina commercial driver's license (CDL) approved by appropriate, Federal, State, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations in connection with operating a transportation service. </li><li>Must have minimum of two years supervisory experience </li><li>Must be fluent in Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Outlook and Excel </li><li>Must be a US Citizen. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. </li><li>Self-starter, detail oriented, organized, have excellent writing and oral communication </li><li>Available to flex hours if needed to support mission </li><li>Must be able to lift 30 lbs. with assistance. </li><li>Must be able to pass a background investigation, drug test, and physical exam. </li></ul> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Transportation Manager with daily operations as directed </li><li>Be able to act on behalf of the Transportation Manager in their absence </li><li>Complete, inspect and maintain service and equipment maintenance logs daily </li><li>Exhibit the upmost customer service </li><li>Master daily scheduling and forecasts based on student count to include recreation runs </li><li>Supervise processes and evaluate them for efficiency for all employees </li><li>Conduct inventories as required </li><li>Clear and effective written and communication skills </li><li>Must be able to charter and navigate the local area with ease </li><li>Must have great time management/initiative and be able to meet deadlines. </li><li>Hours of operation are not standardized but will be scheduled with notice </li><li>Must be willing to operate vehicle shuttles when required </li><li>Exceptional communication skills and professionalism </li><li>Provide low maintenance and fleet cleaning as required </li></ul>
