<p>Breakfast Attendant, Inn on Woodlake</p> <p>Work Mode: Onsite</p> <p>Location:?Kohler, WI</p> <p>Opportunity</p> <p>If you enjoy a customer service facing role with the added challenge of kitchen duties then this position at the Inn on Woodlake is the right opportunity for you.</p> <p>Specific Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine. </li><li>Sort and stack clean dishes. </li><li>Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering. </li><li>Change dishwater in dish machine every hour. </li><li>Trash removal. </li><li>Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions. </li><li>Sweep/mop floors. </li><li>Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster. </li><li>Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed. </li><li>Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures. </li><li>Prepares salad bar items. Ensures freshness of all items; maintains small condiments with fresh contents. </li><li>Ensures refrigeration of appropriate items immediately. </li></ul> <p>This is a part-time position. Standard Hours are 5am-noon. Weekends are required.</p> <p>Skills/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>ServSafe certification a plus, but not required. </li><li>Some experience in the food preparation field in a restaurant, kitchen or dining area. </li><li>Knowledge of food preparation methods and operations, of kitchen equipment and materials used in food prep work. </li></ul> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.</p> <p>The hourly range for this position is $18.00.
