(NASDAQ: ULCC).</p> <ul> <li>Frontier is the most fuel-efficient of all major U.S. carriers when measured by ASMs per fuel gallon consumed. </li></ul> <p>What Will You Be Doing?</p> <p>The Manger, Quality Assurance is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Maintenance organization as the departments carry out the policies and procedures of Frontier's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP). The manager performs this oversight through audits conducted by the Quality Assurance (QA) staff.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Manage the resources of the QA department by scheduling and assigning the necessary workload to the QA staff. </li><li>Review and approve all audits conducted by QA. </li><li>Review QA data as necessary to identify trends within the Maintenance organization and oversee those actions taken by the Maintenance organization staff to correct the negative trends. </li><li>Provide direction and management expertise with regard to proposals for change as a result of the auditing process. </li><li>Manage the Maintenance Provider Listing. </li><li>Ensure quality of the AD management process. </li><li>Ensure quality of the SDR reporting process. </li><li>Provide objective appraisals of Maintenance organization performance data to the QA Board to facilitate the Board's ability to give direction to maintain and improve the overall performance of the CAMP. </li><li>Participate in QA Board and Reliability Board. </li><li>Vol.D In departments without Supervisors, ensure that personnel within the department, including themselves, are properly trained, qualified, and that they are current to perform assigned tasks. </li><li>Manage, monitor, and coordinate SMS activities as directed. These duties include, but are not limited to: </li><li>Coordinate the development, implementation, maintenance, and integration of the SMS throughout Frontier. </li><li>Identify hazards and safety risk assessments, including change management. </li><li>Ensure effectiveness of safety risk controls. </li><li>Advise the accountable executive on the performance of the SMS and on any need for improvement. </li><li>Accountable for achieving safety performance relative to job tasks. </li><li>Manage risk acceptable level: blue or lower, as defined by Frontier's company risk matrix. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A&P certificate required </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in airline maintenance and engineering practices and systems </li><li>College degree preferred </li><li>Prior management experience required </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Be familiar with and have general understanding of Time Controlled Parts, Reliability Programs, FARs, manufacturers documentation to include but not limited to Maintenance Manuals, IPCs, Trouble Shooting Manuals, Wiring Diagrams, Aircraft Drawings and CMMs, SBs, STCs, ADs and PMA parts </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Moderate computer and technical writing skills </li><li>Ability to work extended hours and weekends on occasion as required by management for project completion </li></ul> <p>Equipment Operated</p> <p>Standard office equipment</p> <p>Work Environment / Remote Work Options</p> <ul> <li>This role can be based at our headquarters in Denver, CO or anywhere in the United States via a remote work arrangement (periodic travel to Denver from a Frontier-serviced city required) </li><li>If remote, you must be able to follow our remote work policies, including ability and comfort level working from home with access to a high-speed internet connection </li><li>If headquarters-based, typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled </li></ul> <p>Physical Effort</p> <p>Generally, not required.</p> <p>Positions Supervised</p> <p>Analyst, Quality Assurance</p> <p>Salary: $100,104 - $132,870</p> <p>Please note: this posting has a closing date of 8/27/2025, midnight MT.</p> <p>Workplace Policies</p> <p>Disclaimer: The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature and level of work required of the referenced position; they are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of individuals in this position.
