<p>Large manufacturing company in Lebanon seeks student interested in a winter/spring internship. This paid work opportunity will run from January to April and beyond.</p> <p>Hendrickson is the leading global manufacturer and supplier of heavy-duty mechanical, elastomeric and air suspensions; integrated and non-integrated axle systems; parabolic and multi-leaf springs; bumper and trim components to the global commercial transportation system.</p> <p>The incumbent will perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the Human Resources department and assist in various functions such as:</p> <ul> <li>Training </li><li>Employment </li><li>Employee Relations </li><li>Recordkeeping / Records Retention </li></ul> <p>Educational Requirements: Qualified individuals will be pursing a degree in Human Resources Management (or related) having completed some relevant coursework and possessing a GPA of > 3.0 Completed coursework in at least four HR courses is preferred.</p> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Prior administrative work experience desired </li><li>Possess an understanding of the various aspects of HR </li><li>Have a basic knowledge of employment-related laws </li><li>Ability to efficiently work independently and as a member of a team </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing </li><li>Demonstrate a strong work ethic </li><li>Able to work up to forty hours per week, MON-FRI, 8:00am - 4:30pm with flexibility </li></ul> <p>Hendrickson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
