Description</p> <p>Property Security Team Member Job Description</p> <p>Wage: $16-18/hour</p> <p>Shift: Full time</p> <p>Benefits: Free Thanksgiving Point Membership for you and immediate family; medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurances; paid time off & holidays; 401(k); Employee Assistance Program; Financial Assistance Program; Thanksgiving Point venue discounts; and more!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to security incidents and manage medical situations within legal parameters. </li><li>Conduct patrol rounds reporting all security/safety issues. </li><li>Respond to security matters at venues, coordinate monetary transfers, and evaluations. </li><li>Provide proper clinical care as needed and according to procedures. </li><li>Additional tasks may include service of safety equipment, tools, and devices. </li><li>Assistance and overwatch for staff in hazardous duties and other security operations as they are presented. </li><li>Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values, and Policies. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A valid Utah Driver's license and current BCI screening and MVR. </li><li>Willingness to follow oral and written instructions, follow and work under the chain of command. </li><li>Ability to bend, push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. </li><li>Physical ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours without relief. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to implement correct clinical care in according to outlined procedures. </li><li>Ability to exercise sound judgment while working in a stressful environment. </li><li>A positive attitude and a pleasant demeanor. </li><li>A healthy work ethic and the ability to find and resolve unsafe or unsightly conditions without specific direction to do so. </li><li>Pass a background check. </li><li>Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check to drive for work. </li><li>Be at least 18 years old. </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
