We are seeking a charismatic Shift Lead- Sales Associate and attentive customer service specialist who has proven sales experience.</p> <p>Schedule: Tuesday- Friday 12:30-8:30pm, Saturday 7:00am-12:30pm</p> <p>You will be responsible for overseeing the sales processes and systems, meeting key performance metrics, performing all front desk systems and operations correctly and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Studio Manager and Ownership.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Offer and process seasonal promotions and campaigns. </li><li>Meet sales and studio goals. </li><li>Manage leads and memberships through Orangetheory platforms. </li><li>Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls. </li><li>Lead Orangetheory Fitness studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders. </li><li>Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio. </li><li>Maintain boutique studio excellence. </li><li>Make sure cleanliness of studio is up to business standards & expectations. </li><li>Take a minimum of two Orangetheory classes per week. </li><li>Display excellence in the sales process. </li><li>Operate OTBeat systems and functionalities. </li><li>Stay current with learning on Orange University. </li><li>Attend and participate in all relevant Orangetheory training programs and community events </li><li>Participate in marketing and outreach events. </li><li>Assist in the social media initiatives of the studio. </li><li>Implement studio-specific marketing ideas and strategies. </li><li>Oversee studio operations including but not limited to inventory, maintenance, sales. processes, technology, workout experience, personnel, customer service, and payroll. </li><li>Perform on-going training and development of Sales Associates. </li><li>Attend Monthly Webinars and the rollout and execution of all corporate sales promotions and fitness events. </li><li>Lead and coach sales team in new joins and heart rate monitor sales. </li><li>Properly process administrative tasks: refunds, upgrades/downgrades, freezes, cancellations. </li><li>Conduct daily MBO audits - all classes reconciled, contact logs/tasks completed, reports pulled. </li><li>Reconcile declined memberships weekly. </li><li>Maintain a flexible schedule. </li><li>Promote an all-inclusive community. </li><li>Must possess a high level of professionalism with leadership team, direct reports, and members. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of sales / customer service experience </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>Ability to achieve goals </li><li>Ability to listen and serve members </li><li>Knowledge of the business Mission, Vision, and Values </li></ul> <p>Orangetheory Fitness is an Industry Leader in Group Fitness Training.
