<p>The Training Development Specialist is a Project Manager responsible for leading teams in the development, production and execution of training programs and sales support tools for dealership personnel.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for resource allocation requests to complete project tasks to meet deadlines </li><li>Interface with all levels of the organization to communicate Stellantis objectives and manage projects to completion </li><li>Manage and communicate with multiple cross-functional project teams, vendors, SMEs and stakeholders throughout all stages of the project life cycle from design, development, launch, measurement (KPI) to project close </li><li>Create, distribute, maintain and continuously implement all project plans to ensure all projects timing deadlines are met </li><li>Develop and maintain content libraries and asset lists </li><li>Ensure projects meet or exceed quality criteria and business needs </li><li>Identify potential risks to project implementation (deviation of milestones, budget, timelines) </li><li>Maintain and track project changes (year-to-year changes, including budget, resources) </li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of current Stellantis advertising/marketing themes to ensure message consistency and impact </li><li>Create, distribute and maintain various status, progress and forecast reports to project teams and upper management </li><li>Assist financial team for project budgets, forecasts, timely vendor invoice submission and invoice approvals </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years project management experience with an HSD/GED </li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills </li><li>Experience with working in and adapting to an agile environment </li><li>Excellent process improvement experience </li><li>Vendor management experience </li><li>Excellent and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - problem solver who can synthesize information and knowledge to achieve a viable business solution </li><li>Time management, ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines within budget parameters </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Power Point, and Excel, Google Suite </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Project management certification (PMP) </li><li>General automotive systems and component knowledge </li><li>General knowledge of financial budget processes and approvals </li><li>Knowledge of Adobe CS software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Detail orientated, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills </li><li>High level of professionalism; self-directed and motivated </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and collectively with all project stakeholders </li></ul>
