Organizes & uses deep insights for decision making </li><li>Ensures existing products are optimized with the correct options, pricing, sales tools to meet business objectives </li><li>Development of tangible value selling propositions or all aspects of the product offering </li><li>Cross functional influencing - driving and leading cross functional activities to deliver technical and commercial outcomes </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for</p> <ul> <li>University level degree in technical and/or business field </li><li>Multiple years of experience in on-road load handling systems or similar heavy equipment </li><li>Experience in multinational working environment </li><li>Experience in handling product and product business in different life cycle stages </li><li>Sufficient technical understanding of product & application </li><li>Mindset for strategic thinking, understanding of business strategies and goals </li></ul> <p>What we offer</p> <p>As a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
