Your role will include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and specialized spaces such as MRI and Pharmacy</p> </li><li> <p>Properly handling infectious and non-infectious waste</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting departmental training for new team members</p> </li><li> <p>Completing daily checklists and documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Delivering outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <p>We're looking for someone who is:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Detail-oriented and physically capable (must lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment)</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working from step ladders and moving carts, beds, and gear</p> </li><li> <p>A team player with solid communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Able to read and follow written instructions</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred, but not required</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Physical Demands</p> <p>This role requires:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting</p> </li><li> <p>Occasional exposure to chemicals, body fluids, and infection risks (C-Diff, COVID-19)</p> </li><li> <p>Focused attention, multitasking, and both oral and written communication</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>At least 1 year of related experience (preferred)</p> </li></ul> <p>Caring for Our Team</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
