<p>Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Senior Project Manager. This is a hybrid working schedule 4 days in office 1 remote day per week.</p> <p>Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee multiple backend data-related projects. This role focuses on internal project execution without direct customer interaction or technical development responsibilities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent backend data projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals </li><li>Utilize Jira for project planning, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation </li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to ensure tasks are completed and obstacles are addressed promptly </li><li>Apply Scrum principles to facilitate project workflows, adapting practices to fit the team's needs </li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and ensure project alignment </li><li>Maintain organized records of project activities, decisions, and changes for transparency and accountability* Proven experience in project management, particularly in managing multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Familiarity with Scrum practices and the ability to adapt them to non-technical environments </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with a strong emphasis on follow-through and attention to detail </li><li>Demonstrated initiative in identifying issues, asking pertinent questions, and driving projects forward without repeated prompts </li><li>Experience with Jira or similar project management tools </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with backend data projects or familiarity with data workflows </li><li>Understanding of project management methodologies beyond Scrum, such as Kanban or Waterfall </li><li>Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>This role does not require a technical background or direct customer engagement </li><li>Budgeting responsibilities are not included; Financial aspects are managed by another team member </li><li>The ideal candidate will be someone who can bring structure and clarity to complex projects, ensuring consistent progress and accountability </li></ul>
