Both roles require excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with business-facing BAs, product owners, and engineering leads.</p> <p>These are hands-on, technical BSA roles; not pure documentation or coordination roles.</p> <p>Role : Technical BSA - InsuranceNow Production Support Squad</p> <p>This BSA will be embedded full-time with the InsuranceNow Production Support squad, acting as the primary BSA for run/support work.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Triage and analysis of production incidents and defects </li><li>Partnering with business BAs to verify impact, urgency, and priority of issues </li><li>Performing root cause analysis and documenting functional and technical findings </li><li>Validating edge cases, downstream impacts, and regression risks </li><li>Refining and clarifying acceptance criteria for production fixes </li><li>Ensuring tickets are well-defined, testable, and ready for development </li><li>Translating production issues into clear, actionable technical stories </li><li>Supporting QA validation and helping confirm fixes meet business expectations </li><li>Identifying patterns in production issues and proactively recommending improvements </li></ul> <p>Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.</p> <p>Salary and Other Compensation:</p> <p>Applications will be accepted until March 3rd 2026.
