We encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our vibrant campus community today!</p> <p>At the University of Wyoming, we are committed to creating a supportive and enriching workplace.</p> <p>JOB TITLE:</p> <p>Student Media Broadcast Studio Manager</p> <p>JOB PURPOSE:</p> <p>To assist with managing the bookings for the studio and to oversee the use of the studio by clients.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with managing the bookings for the studio. </li><li>Ensure there is appropriate coverage and oversight for clients using the studio. </li><li>Prepare invoices for clients and obtain appropriate signatures. </li><li>Ensure that the equipment is in working order before and after use. </li><li>Liaise with studio support staff that may be needed for clients' projects. </li><li>Assist with creating effective marketing campaigns for the studio. </li><li>Clean and organize the studio and equipment as needed. </li><li>Maintain the equipment and notify Student Media Supervisor of necessary repairs and replacements needed. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time student </li><li>Minimum 2.5 GPA </li><li>Proficiency with studio equipment. </li><li>Must be available to start work Aug. 18, 2025 </li><li>Must be available for publication deadlines on Sundays and Wednesday nights. </li><li>Must be available Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. for training. </li></ul> <p>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Some supervisory experience. </li><li>Prior broadcasting and video production experience. </li><li>Knowledge of industry-related software. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALS:</p> <p>Complete the online application.
