This role owns customer technical engagement, feasibility analysis, and PCIF execution for probe products worldwide, ensuring disciplined execution, consistent customer experience, and improved design-win performance across all regions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide global leadership for Probes Field Applications across North America, EMEA, and APAC.</p> </li><li> <p>Own the Field Applications lifecycle from initial customer engagement through PCIF submission.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the senior technical escalation point for strategic and global probe customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive improvements in probe design win rates, FA cycle time, and PCIF First-Time-Right metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Sales leadership to align technical execution with opportunity and account strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure clear ownership and clean handoffs post-PCIF.</p> </li><li> <p>Represent the Voice of the Customer in product roadmap planning, NPI, and technology reviews.</p> </li><li> <p>Standardize KPIs, dashboards, and operating cadence across regions.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead, develop, and assess global Field Applications leadership and engineering talent.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan global resource capacity, hiring, and skills development to support business growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive a culture of ownership, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>15+ years of experience in Field Applications, Engineering, or technical customer-facing roles.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting large global semiconductor customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Deep expertise in probe cards, wafer probing, and semiconductor test applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience leading globally distributed teams in a matrixed organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong business acumen with ability to link technical execution to commercial outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 30-50%.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and automatic wafer probers.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with PCB and thin-film design technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in a senior leadership role within a probe card or test equipment company.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <p>Business Acumen, Communication, Customer Interactions, Field Applications, Field Engineering, Global Team Leadership, Probe Cards, Professional Presentation, Semiconductor Industry, Semiconductor Testers, Wafer Probing</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <p>Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in leadership roles, with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 6 years experience; or equivalent experience | Required</p> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity Statement</p> <p>FormFactor is an equal opportunity employer.
