If you are enthusiastic about working with the elderly and want to be part of an incredible team and pleasant work environment, then Riddle Village may be the place for you!</p> <p>About the Maintenance Mechanic Position:</p> <p>Under the supervision of the Facility Operations Director, the Maintenance Mechanic's primary purpose is to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery by performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairing any issues that arise to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency within the facility. If you are friendly, sociable, love the elderly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, this may be the job for you! Candidates must possess at least one year's previous facility maintenance experience.</p> <p>This position entails a weekend rotation of 2 back-to-back weekends worked and 8 weekends off.
