<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:</p> <p>Expert in implementing, and support Cisco SDA (DNA Center, ISE integration, fabric onboarding) and Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).</p> <p>Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including:</p> <p>Security policies, NAT, routing</p> <p>VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access)</p> <p>Panorama management and threat prevention profiles</p> <p>Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments.</p> <p>Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability.</p> <p>Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.</p> <p>Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.</p> <p>Real-time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. (Wireshark)</p> <p>Required Technical Skills:</p> <p>Cisco SDA: DNA Center, ISE integration, fabric edge/control nodes, policy troubleshooting</p> <p>Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity</p> <p>Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN-OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT</p> <p>Wireless: Enterprise WLAN design, RF analysis, troubleshooting</p> <p>VPN: IPSec site-to-site, remote access, multi-vendor environments</p> <p>Infoblox: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Grid Master, HA</p> <p>Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, multicast</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Troubleshooting Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solutions are provided to the customer in a high-pressure factory environment</p> <p>Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network-related tickets.</p> <p>Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.</p> <p>Understanding Network supports priorities and objectives and takes an active role in accomplishing them.</p> <p>Should be able to lead and drive technically the Operational issues on his own in a high-pressure environment engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.</p> <p>Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address Network related issues.</p> <p>Strong underst anding of network routing and switching protocols required.</p> <p>Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.</p> <p>Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.</p> <p>Strong time management skills and attention to detail.</p> <p>Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.</p> <p>Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-CM2</p>
