<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Embraces innovative and inclusive approaches, displaying dedication to our mission and commitment to providing residents with exceptional and meaningful experiences that promote well-being </li><li>Develops, implements, and executes quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives </li><li>Engages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction. </li><li>Responsible for the overall management and financial performance of the Community </li><li>Provides hands-on supervision and empowers team members to consistently deliver high-quality care for our residents. </li><li>Actively nurtures a motivating environment that encourages collaborative problem-solving and aims to enhance the overall satisfaction of every team member </li><li>Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations </li><li>Collaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
