Join a team that combines professionalism, innovation, and applied engineering in one of Israel's leading aerospace companies</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Support and guide projects and installations involving metallic, coating, and painting processes</p> <p>Monitor and improve manufacturing processes including process parameters and product quality</p> <p>Provide technological solutions for production process challenges</p> <p>Define and characterize materials and processes according to customer requirements and ensure their implementation in production</p> <p>Write process specifications and engineering documentation</p> <p>Train and support production teams professionally</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering</p> <p>At least 2 years of experience as a process engineer in coating and chemical line environments</p> <p>Experience with chemical processes for aluminum such as chemical conversion, chemical milling, and anodizing, as well as aerospace painting - Advantage</p> <p>Strong analytical and systematic thinking, independence, initiative, creativity, and leadership skills</p> <p>High interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment</p> <p>Willingness to take on a challenging full-time position</p> <p>Very good level of English</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
