Read on.</p> <p>The Senior Manager, Digital Experience is a strategic leader who uses data and experimentation to improve customer experiences, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives. In this role you will define and drive CVS Pharmacy's online personalization strategy and lead the creation of compelling experiences that pay off marketing communications and attract, inspire, engage, and convert prospective customers. This role requires a high level of collaboration with digital developers and MarTech teams to plan and deliver seamless web experiences across the customer journey. An ideal candidate has a track record of leading the strategy and execution of complex, cross-functional web programs in a results-driven environment. You have a data-driven mindset, lead with a customer-centric approach, take an analytic approach to problem solving and have a strong understanding of what data drives impact.</p> <p>Skills and experiences that will define success in this role include: expertise in gathering, interpreting and actioning data from various sources, deriving insights that lead to game changing ideas, developing the prioritization and strategic direction for web optimization, leading on-site customer journey mapping while driving personalization, producing executive level dashboards and reporting.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Strategy Development:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the web strategy for key pharmacy landing pages and experiences, including development, design, content, conversion rate optimization (CRO), testing and experimentation, UX enhancements that drive primary KPIs. </li><li>Designing and executing A/B/N testing, multi-variate testing, and other experimental methodologies to identify the most effective personalization strategies. </li></ul> <p>Platform Management</p> <ul> <li>Overseeing the use and optimization of personalization platforms, including the Adobe tech stack, tools, and technologies to tailor customer experiences. </li></ul> <p>Insights and Measurement:</p> <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of our customers and patients through data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships (Analytics, Digital, and Consumer Insights) and use those insights to inform site strategy. </li><li>Analyzing data from testing and personalization efforts to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. </li><li>Analyze and monitor page performance and user behavior across site landing pages, generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience. </li></ul> <p>Optimize:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, refine, and implement web optimization and experimentation processes that drive team efficiency. </li><li>Leverage personalization capabilities to create digital experiences aligned to audiences and channels. </li></ul> <p>Drive Results:</p> <ul> <li>Drive continuous performance improvement through the development of an ongoing experimentation roadmap aligned to short-term and long-term opportunities. </li><li>Actively develop trusted relationships across a large, complex organization to create clear goals, accountabilities and outcomes, specific focus on Digital, Media, Creative and Agency partners. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Mentor and coach team to develop top performers and marketing athletes. This is inclusive of articulating roles and responsibilities, creating accountability, and providing feedback on performance. </li><li>Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate findings effectively. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of leading integrated web strategy experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding. </li><li>4+ years of cross-functional leadership experience. </li><li>2+ years with A/B testing, multi-variate testing, and other experimental methodologies. </li><li>7 years of overall work experience </li><li>Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word and proficiency in Excel. </li><li>Experience creating dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders </li><li>Strong understanding of test and control methodologies </li><li>Strong understanding of measuring and manipulating data and identifying insights. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$82,940.00 - $182,549.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.</p> <p>Our people fuel our future.
