<p>Work Flexibility: Hybrid</p> <ul> <li>This is a hybrid-schedule role with the expectation for the employee to be on-site at our Portage, MI office 2-3x/week </li></ul> <p>The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of the sales operations processes for our Instruments division. Responsibilities include generating sales insights through analytics, KPIs and metrics.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Support sale teams on general order credit inquiries, investigations, and order credit adjustments </li><li>Support the periodic territory alignment process </li><li>Report on key performance indicators and metrics to assess sales effectiveness and achievement of the function's goals and objectives </li><li>Deliver analytics and data to key stakeholders in a variety of reporting mediums (Power BI, PPT, XLS) </li><li>Analyze external data sources to support sales strategies and programs </li><li>Provide business support through ad hoc analysis and guidance, including third party information sources to sales reps, regional managers, and sales leadership </li></ul> <p>What you need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Advanced abilities in MS Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with ERP system (SAP) </li><li>Experience with Callidus </li><li>Power BI </li><li>Previous experience supporting a sales team </li></ul> <p>Travel Percentage: 0%</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
