<p>We are currently looking for an Operations Analyst due to new client growth. This position is responsible for tracking, verifying, and making sure all sample products get where they're supposed to go and follow all regulatory rules as it relates to both Direct to Practitioner and Hand Carry Sample Programs. In addition, this role ensures timely fulfillment and full compliance with regulatory and company requirements as well as the PDMA. Operations Analysts monitor sample activity, identify and resolve discrepancies, support internal partners, and help maintain seamless end-to-end operations within our sampling programs, as well as maintain client business rules and provide variance resolution support. Additional responsibilities include generating and communicating reports, addressing incoming requests, analyzing and resolving sample reconciliation variances with pharmaceutical sales representatives, and coordinating with internal resources to resolve outstanding issues.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience in managing pharmaceutical sample transactions (Direct to Practitioner and Hand Carry Sample Programs), be friendly, quick thinking, and both service and detail oriented. He/she must possess the ability to multi-task, consistently meet deadlines and communicate professionally.
