<p>Job Title: Construction Project Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction management. This role requires a passionate individual who is eager to learn and adapt in the fast-paced environment of pharma/life sciences construction projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead preconstruction activities including scheduling, budgeting, and procurement. </li><li>Manage buyouts and work collaboratively with subcontractors to ensure project scope is clearly defined. </li><li>Oversee project management and construction supervision for projects ranging from $5 million to $40 million, with potential involvement in larger projects up to $400 million. </li><li>Coordinate change orders and cost analysis to maintain budget integrity. </li><li>Conduct site development and manage project coordination, pricing, bidding, and RFIs. </li><li>Ensure successful delivery of projects through effective leadership and communication. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent. </li><li>5-10 years of experience in construction project management. </li><li>Proficiency in preconstruction, scheduling, budgets, buyouts, and scope of work. </li><li>Experience in pharmaceutical construction projects is essential. </li><li>Familiarity with project management software such as Procore and ACC. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. </li><li>Proven ability to lead and manage large teams, including subcontractors. </li><li>Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines. </li><li>Successful track record as a Project Manager in construction. </li><li>Minimum of 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This position requires office work, with a five-day work week at the office.
