We are seeking an ultrasound technologist with a passion to care for others in the communities we serve. For over 50 years we have earned trust and confidence because of their patient care experience.</p> <p>Job Summary for Ultrasound Technologist: The ultrasound technologist performs a variety of ultrasound scanning and imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical ultrasound procedures that require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ultrasound for ultrasound diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.</p> <ul> <li>Performs all specialty areas of ultrasound exams to include assisting radiologists with procedures. </li><li>Prepares and reviews images for radiologist / physician interpretation for diagnostic purposes. </li></ul> <p>In addition to a collaborative work environment, we offer our ultrasound technologists a generous compensation package:</p> <p>Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Available!</p> <ul> <li>Recent market adjustments made to hourly rates based on years of experience. </li><li>Competitive medical, dental and vision benefits plans </li><li>Life and long-term disability insurance </li><li>Three weeks paid time off </li><li>401k with a generous company contribution </li><li>Six paid holidays </li><li>Imaging services for employees and immediate household </li></ul> <p>And much more!</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Required: associate degree (two-year college or technical school) from CAAHEP accredited program </li><li>Required: RDMS, ARRT (US), or CCI credentialed/registered in appropriate ultrasound specialty. </li><li>Required: Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and not less than 6 months practical ultrasound experience required. </li><li>Required: Vascular registry </li><li>Required: CPR Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. </li><li>Desired: Minimum of 6 months practical experience as a full-time sonographer with vascular experience and vascular registry is desirable </li></ul> <p>Radiology Regional is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
