Our Orlando Field Office is hiring!</p> <p>The ideal individual will have a can-do, will-do attitude in support of our local team of 50+ employees. Corporate is in Massachusetts, but you will be a key part of the Orlando office that supports our local installation team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 - 7 years of administrative skills.</p> <p>General administrative duties include;</p> <ul> <li>Daily Field Update tracking </li><li>Monitoring Safety Software </li><li>Job Close Outs Compile and build closeout documentation deliverable: </li><li>Creation of Material Trackers for each project. </li><li>Order Rental Equipment as needed including lifts, testers or other equipment. </li><li>Order & track job specific items (Storage Containers, lifts, etc.) as needed. </li><li>Company Vehicle Tracking </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li><li>Site Tracker- creating projects & uploading of documents </li><li>Track and submit Service Tickets </li><li>Sharefile- creating project folders </li><li>Track JSA </li><li>Swiftrac </li><li>Strong communication skills </li></ul> <p>Working at CTS means you'll be pretty busy most of the time, but it's also an opportunity to grow & sharpen your skills. There is always room for growth in our organization!</p> <p>Job hours are 7:30 AM 4:00 PM</p> <p>This is an office-based position and does not include any on-the-job driving of either a personal vehicle or a company vehicle.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Experience: 2 years field training in voice or data systems or EE degree</p> <p>Education: High school + AA Degree or higher</p> <p>Skill-sets: Computer Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook</p> <p>Pay Scale is $20-25/hr based on experience</p>
