<p>Kforce's client in Denver is seeking a Community Engagement Manager.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Provide guidance and support to employees creating, submitting, and managing volunteer opportunities </li><li>Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support shared community and business priorities </li><li>Ensure programs align with brand standards, operational considerations, and community investment strategy </li><li>Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and procurement processes using internal finance systems </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and partner records within CRM or tracking tools </li><li>Support coordination of in-kind contributions or travel-related support as needed </li><li>Serve as a liaison with nonprofit and community partners to ensure effective collaboration and execution </li><li>Track and monitor participation, impact metrics, and program outcomes </li><li>Manage a shared program inbox and respond to employee and partner inquiries </li><li>Maintain knowledge of volunteer policies, compliance requirements, and internal guidelines </li><li>Coordinate ordering, fulfillment, and distribution of program materials (e.g., apparel, signage, collateral) </li><li>Provide administrative and communications support for internal ambassador or site-based programs </li><li>Assist with gathering data, photos, testimonials, and impact stories for ongoing and annual reporting </li><li>Support budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting related to program activities </li></ul> <p>Support the planning and execution of volunteer and community engagement events, including:</p> <ul> <li>Event setup and postings within an internal volunteer management platform </li><li>Employee recruitment and engagement </li><li>Drafting internal communications and outreach materials </li><li>Coordination of promotional materials and logistics </li><li>Partner and vendor coordination </li><li>Serving as a primary point of contact during events, including on-site support as needed* Strong interest in how community engagement and social impact support broader business strategy </li><li>Ability to understand and adapt to the needs of diverse markets and communities </li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively across teams </li><li>Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Experience with event planning, volunteer programs, or community initiatives preferred </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or volunteer management platforms a plus </li><li>Ability to analyze participation data and translate insights into actionable improvements </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Up to 20-30% travel </li><li>Travel to key operational locations or markets to support community events </li><li>Occasional travel for team planning sessions or off-site meetings </li></ul>
