<p>We are seeking a results driven Chief of Staff (CoS) who will work closely with the CRO and sales leadership team to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives, streamline business operations, and enhance organizational efficiency. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, liaising across all departments to facilitate alignment, drive performance, and implement key projects.</p> <p>This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the CRO, revenue organization, and the senior sales leadership team in the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor the progress of key initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and provide recommendations for overcoming challenges.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a key driver for organizational change and transformation projects, ensuring smooth implementation.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize internal processes and communication across departments to increase organizational effectiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the core cross-functional point of contact between sales, finance, and operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the preparation of executive-level meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring that all materials are aligned with strategic goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization to facilitate communication and collaboration.</p> </li><li> <p>Represent the CRO in meetings, where appropriate, ensuring that key information is shared and that decisions are executed effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and oversee critical, high-priority projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure resources are allocated appropriately to achieve project objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and provide regular status updates to the leadership team.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide strategic recommendations to improve business operations, performance metrics, and other key areas of focus.</p> </li><li> <p>Embrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere</p> </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>6-10+ years of experience in a sales or business operational role (e.g., Director, VP, or similar), with a proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in a high-level operational role is highly desirable.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting C-level executives in a public company environment, including direct interaction and strategic collaboration with the CRO preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</p> </li><li> <p>High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Leadership & Influence: Able to navigate complex organizational dynamics and foster a collaborative work environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Vision: Skilled in understanding long-term business goals and aligning operational initiatives to meet them.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Excellence: Highly organized and capable of driving efficiency across departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive in written and verbal communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage ambiguity effectively.</p> </li></ul> <p>About Ibotta ("I bought a...")</p> <p>Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). Equity is included in the overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
