<p>Senior Liaison, Partnerships</p> <p>The target hiring range for this position is $75,000-$81,000 annually.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Senior Liaison, Partnerships plays a vital role in establishing, sustaining, and enhancing relationships with experiential learning partners and partnered healthcare facilities for Nightingale College. This role exemplifies superior professionalism, interpersonal communication skills, precision, and a proactive approach to relationship management while handling a higher volume of complex assignments. Guided by principles of self-governance, growth mindset, and transparency, the Senior Liaison takes responsibility for driving results and fostering successful partnerships that align with the College's mission for Integrative Practicum (IP) and Experiential Learning (EL) placements.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Superior decision-making and results-driven mindset: Exhibits exceptional judgment and quick, decisive action in fast-changing circumstances, consistently pushing for high-quality results. The Senior Specialist Liaison IV actively works towards goals while ensuring that decisions align with both partner expectations and the broader mission of the College.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-governance and ownership: Operates with a high degree of self-direction, consistently demonstrating autonomy in managing a larger, more complex workload than peers. Takes full responsibility for delivering high-quality results and holds themselves accountable to timelines, quality standards, and partnership outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactive decision-making: Anticipates and identifies partner needs and potential challenges early, implementing proactive solutions that prevent issues before they escalate. Demonstrates superior judgment, even when faced with incomplete information, and consistently seeks input from relevant stakeholders to ensure well-informed decisions that align with College objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Professional relationship management: Serves as a senior practitioner in building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with experiential learning partners and partnered healthcare facilities. The Senior Liaison is a role model of professional ethics, demonstrating transparency and integrity in all communications and decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Growth mindset and continuous improvement: Embodies a growth-oriented approach, actively seeking feedback from both internal and external partners to improve performance and relationship management strategies. The Senior Liaison demonstrates a commitment to personal and professional development, remaining open to new ideas and approaches that enhance the success of the partnership function.</p> </li><li> <p>Data precision and accountability: Manages the detailed and accurate documentation of partnership information in the CRM system and SharePoint. The Senior Specialist Liaison IV holds themselves accountable for data accuracy, ensuring that all partnership records are meticulously updated and maintained with expert precision.</p> </li><li> <p>Transparency and communication: Communicates clearly, compellingly, and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency in all partnership dealings. Adjusts communication style to diverse audiences while maintaining clarity and purpose, fostering open and honest dialogues that strengthen relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-functional collaboration and support: Collaborates with internal teams to prepare services for IP and EL placements, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics and operations. The Senior Specialist Liaison IV supports the success of their peers by serving as a subject matter expert (SME), offering guidance, and making best practice recommendations to the Manager and Assistant Manager of the Partnerships function on process and SOP improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptability and flexibility: Smoothly adapts approach and communication style to fit the specific demands of changing situations and partner needs. The Senior Liaison is highly responsive to shifts in the operational landscape, ensuring they maintain peak performance even in dynamic or challenging environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Navigates organizational dynamics with ease: Understands the intricacies of organizational dynamics and collaborates seamlessly across functions. The Senior Liaison effectively aligns partnership strategies with the College's broader objectives, navigating political complexities with finesse and ensuring that relationships remain strong and aligned with the College's mission.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A graduate's degree or in pursuit of a bachelor's degree is required or six years of relevant professionally related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated at least 4-6 years of experience in business-to-business sales or relationship management experience is required, in a healthcare or education setting is strongly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience in healthcare systems and operations in a variety of care settings including acute, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care is required</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience with customer relationship management software is required</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook and SharePoint is required</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel per cadence indicated above</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is strongly preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
