Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>We're currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager, Insurance & Risk Management leader to join our team in Nashville, TN.</p> <p>This role will be responsible for the management of all non-benefit lines of insurance. The role will lead a team of 2-3 teammates, prepare underwriting data for application submissions, lead renewal negotiations, prepare program briefing material, and maintain communication with brokers, carriers and internal stakeholders as needed.</p> <ul> <li>This role is HYBRID. In the office 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) at HQ in Nashville, TN * </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing team</p> </li><li> <p>Drive key initiatives and strategy to build the insurance risk management function, team, systems, and policies</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the day-to-day operations of the corporate risk management function, including policy administration, commercial contract risk review, and insurance claims and financial reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Participate as the insurance and risk subject matter expert related to M&A activities, including due diligence and post-deal integration</p> </li><li> <p>Manage aspects of the captive insurance entity operations and reporting requirements</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>BS/BBA degree in business or related field</p> </li><li> <p>8+ years of progressive experience in Insurance Risk Management with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a large multinational company</p> </li><li> <p>Strong track record of building and scaling global risk management programs</p> </li><li> <p>Managed and validated the collection of business exposure information across multiple countries and currencies</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent analytical, organizational and communications skills</p> </li><li> <p>ARM (Associate in Risk Management)</p> </li><li> <p>Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish Preferred, but not required</p> </li></ul>
