<p>Internship Program (Summer 2026)</p> <p>Operations, Logistics, Customer Support & Corporate Functions</p> <p>Location: In-Office</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p>Duration: May-August (flexible based on school schedule)</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented interns to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience across various areas of the business, including operations, logistics, customer support, and other corporate functions. As an intern, you will play an active role in supporting day-to-day business operations, working closely with team members, and gaining exposure to real-world processes that drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business success. While the internship itself is a temporary role, those who excel and have a high drive for growth may have full-time career growth opportunities available post-internship</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Support daily operations by assisting with coordination of tasks, workflows, and internal processes </li><li>Communicate with internal teams, customers, and/or external partners via phone, email, and chat </li><li>Assist with tracking and monitoring orders, requests, or projects to ensure timely completion </li><li>Help resolve issues by gathering information, escalating when needed, and following through to resolution </li><li>Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry across systems </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, customer support, and accounting </li><li>Participate in process improvement initiatives and team projects </li><li>Provide general administrative and operational support as needed </li></ul> <p>(For operations/logistics-focused teams, this may include working with drivers, coordinating shipments, and tracking delivery timelines.)</p> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a college or university program (or recent graduate) </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning new systems </li><li>Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn </li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <ul> <li>Gain hands-on, real-world experience in a fast-paced business environment </li><li>Exposure to multiple areas of the organization </li><li>Opportunity to build professional skills and expand your network </li><li>Work alongside experienced professionals and leadership teams </li><li>Potential for future full-time opportunities based on performance </li></ul>
