<p>Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Acting as a product owner - assisting with the definition and communication of a clear product vision and strategy for the notifications platform that aligns with overall business goals and enhances user experience </li><li>Owning the notifications experience, including roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization </li><li>Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders to design and implement efficient, scalable, and personalized communications </li><li>Partnering with cross-functional teams to test and iterate on message delivery timing, channels, and content to improve engagement metrics </li><li>Analyzing and understanding interdependencies, business risks, and risk mitigators that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of new products and services </li><li>Driving A/B testing and experimentation for communication strategies and messaging effectiveness </li><li>Monitoring performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and churn impact, and make data-driven decisions </li><li>Analyze and synthesize complex data, project management* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience </li><li>Business Operations Analysis experience: 3 years or more </li><li>Telecommunications and/or experience with technology/software products: 3 years or more </li><li>Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word </li><li>Technical skills: Personal computer and software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Notification delivery systems (e.g., Pinpoint, Firebase, Skycreek, Twilio, etc.) </li><li>Abilities: Quickly identify business problems & opportunities; Communicate effectively orally and in writing; Define key performance indicators/metrics; Manage multiple projects simultaneously; Document, prepare, and present data-driven presentations; Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure; Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor relationships </li></ul>
